SC Philharmonic Orchestra Young People's Concert: The Orchestra Rocks

8:45 am - 2:00 pm
We had such a good time last year at the SCP Young People's Concert that we decided to repeat the experience! This year's performance is entitled, "The Orchestra Rocks!", and it promises to be a wonderful event. The SCP is now part of "Link Up" - a program of Carnegie Hall's Weill Music Institute that offers an interactive curriculum that better involves and prepares students to visit the SCP. The students have received recorders that they will learn to play in the classroom with the provided materials. Then the students can take their recorders to the concert and play along with the SCP musicians. As a special treat afterwards, we will provide lunch for the children at a local restaurant (location to be determined). We will leave the school at 8:45 am and return by 2:00 pm.

Spring Break
Monday, April 2 - Friday, April 6
Abner Montessori School - Closed
Sky After School will be open Monday - Thursday, April 2 - 5 for all-day fun (6:45am - 6:15pm)!
No extra fee for Abner or registered Sky students!
Sky will be closed Friday, April 6 in observance of Good Friday.
